It's been the second night in a row that I've been woken up at 4.30am by the puppies and can't get back to sleep. Last night it was Milo who heard some noise outside and decided to run out of the room and stand at the sliding door barking for all he was worth! Not only that, he decided to drag his bed (also Molly's pink bed) there and hung around there for the rest of the night. What a guard dog. A 3.8kg guard dog. If only he knew that pink are for girlies haha And tonight, it was Molly's turn to wake me up. Apparently, the house's central heating was left on and the bedroom did get a tad bit too hot. Molly barked a couple of times demanding that her mummy wakes up, mummy finds Molly panting and realizes that she's too hot. So mummy sleep-walks through the hallway hoping that she doesn't bump into any walls to turn off the heater. And being the ever so good mummy she is, mummy also brought a measuring cup of water to Molly, who was on the bed, so she could have a drink! (I've been using a measuring cup to make sure Molly gets enough fluids during the day because since the surgery she's decided to become Miss Bitch-of-the-Century by refusing to eat OR drink unless given to her right in front of her face by her mummy). If I don't get back to sleep soon I'm going to be one hell of an exhausted mummy. Have to get up at 8am, send the bf to work, and bring Molly to the vet to get her stitches checked out which I noticed have become rather red and lumpy last night. Exhausted mummy = bitchy mummy. And the bf definitely does not like a bitchy mummy. *sigh* The lengths I go to for these puppies. Please puppies, don't wake me up again tomorrow night. Sleep soundly throughout the night like you did as babies. ![]() Labels: Milo, Molly, puppies, sleep
