The benefit of reading Yahoo! updates.

Simply because I do enjoy food a lot and am currently trying to go on a very strict diet.

With the countless number of scrumptious food surrounding us, it's really quite hard to tell which is healthy, and which is just a plain tasty treat. I am guilty of ignoring nutrients and ingredients of the food I put in my mouth. In my 20 years of living, I have experienced the infinite number of diets that has surfaced this superficial world. Well, my body could do without some fat.

1. Energy bars

Couldn't care less. I hardly ever eat them :)

2. Granola
Same goes here.

3. Salads
I love green leafy salads! So, salads having 580 calories, 30 grams fat, 7 grams saturated fat is a complete shock to me. That's like having a Double Cheeseburger from McDonald's!

4. Smoothies
Its fruit, it's healthy, until you swirl it with 69 grams of sugar. Freshly-squeezed juices is still the best option.

5. Sushi Rolls
While some treat sushi as their comfort food *ahem* some on the other hand do not fancy the 500 calories and 16 grams of fat come with it.

6. Yogurt
The sugar removes the nutrition in this snack.

Sugar! Sugar is the antagonist after all!
Into the bin goes all my yogurt.
